| Description | The intent of this notice is to identify potential Offerors that the Resident Officer in Charge of Construction Camp Lejeune intends to solicit bids and award a firm-fixed price contract to complete project 160074 Demolish Central Heating Plant, Steam Piping, and Steam Pits, MCBCL and MCASNR. The work includes, but is not limited to, the complete demolition of building 1700, which is approximately 42,000 square feet at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. The work also includes the demolition of steam piping, steam pits, and the central steam plant at Marine Corps Air Station New River. The proposed Contractor will provide sufficient material, labor, equipment, supervision, and transportation to fulfill all requirements of the contract in accordance with industry standards. This work shall be completed within 360 days of the effective award date of the contract. |
