Description

1. The Contractor shall provide, on a quarterly basis, all labor, materiel, and supervision for a preventive maintenance service as specified herein for the Building Automation System. Work shall be bid as an annual lump sum amount invoiced in arrears in four (4) equal payments. Work shall include providing Emergency Services at an additional charge to the State. 2.The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materiel and supervision required to maintain, in optimum operating condition, each piece of the Building Automation System. Services shall include inspection, calibration, repair and replacement of parts, components and devices pertaining to the efficient operation of the system.
