RFP - Redevelopment and Revitalization of Lincoln Homes

The Clarksville Housing Authority, (CHA and/or the Authority) Clarksville, TN is seeking proposals from qualified individuals, firms, or development teams to undertake redevelopment and revitalization of Lincoln Homes. CHA reserves the right to choose multiple co-developers for distinct phases if the opportunity presents itself. If selected, candidates may be requested to attend an interview to discuss the proposed scope of work, including availability of equipment and staffing, accounting and payment procedures, schedules, qualification of subcontractors proposed for portions of the work, and such other items as are directly related to the proposal prior to being awarded the contract. During the proposal evaluation, CHA reserves the right to call for supplementary information from Respondent(s) and to meet with all or any one of them to clarify points of uncertainty or ambiguity. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities and to award the contract in the best interest of the Authority. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
