| Description | Project: Replace deteriorated stone balusters as selected by the Baldwin Plant Manager Scope of Work: Mobilize the site with equipment and material needed to safely complete the project Laydown areas and parking will be provided by CWD Contractor must protect walkways and other CWD property from damage Remove the top stone railing from the selected area and save for re-use Remove the 23 selected deteriorated stone balusters Dispose of balusters in a dumpster provided by the contractor Install new stainless-steel pins with epoxy to mount the new balusters. Install the new stone balusters and re-mount the salvaged stone top rails. Clean up the area of old baluster pieces and debris Install color matched sealant at the stone butt joints. Quote must include 5 straight and 5 angled base balusters for future use. |
