Description

The proposed project involves the construction of a concrete retaining wall (flood wall) to protect the property from potential flooding from Sellars Gulch, as well as of an expansion to the building’s existing parking lot to provide additional parking. • Clearing and grubbing • Warthwork/grading • Removal of an existing retaining wall • Installation of a cast -in -place concrete retaining wall (flood wall) • MSE wall along east property line • Parking lot expansion including curb and gutter and asphalt paving • Striping • Lighting • Modification of existing parking lot islands • Removal of existing bioretention area • Installation of sand water filter water quality area with grouted boulder-lined forebays, underdrain piping, new outlet structure, storm sew er pipe modifications and installation of a water quality maintenance trail • Addition of a gravel emergency access drive to the south • Installation of chain -link fencing • Landscaping (rock mulch) and vegetation restoration • Installation of electrical improveme nts for future vehicle-charging station and fiber optic line connection • ADA sidewalk improvements along Second Street • Temporary erosion and sediment control (TESC).
