Construction and Installation of a 30’ x 30’ metal structure with one bath: 1. 30’ x 30’ x 10’ 2:12 metal building with two (2) 3’x3’ vinyl windows and two (2) 3’x7’ steel walk doors with dead bolt 2. All related dirt work 3. Concrete a) 900 sf concrete slab b) 3,500 PSI concrete c) 12”x18” grade beam d) #5 rebar (for beams) e) #3 rebar (on 18” centers each way) f) 6 mil vapor barrier 4. Insulation a) 1” closed cell spray foam insulation on roof and main building walls 5. Interior Framing a) One (1) 10’x10’x8’ enclosed bathroom b) One (1) 10’x10’x8’ storage area c) 2x4 studded walls w/ OSB wall covering d) Two (2) 3’x6’ 8” interior doors with hardware 6. Plumbing a) Rough in, top out, fixtures included b) Does not include connection to water line 7. Electrical a) Basic electrical package b) 110v plugs c) 8’ LED lighting for shop area d) 6” can lights in enclosed areas e) Does not include connection to utilities.
