As of September 15, 2023, a general contractor has not been awarded and the project has been delayed. Roof Replacement remove existing asphalt shingled roofing and install new standing seam metal roofing, and gutters with downspouts on Church and on Parrish. Exterior Insulation Finishing System Replacement - Remove existing EIFS and apply new EIFS with new drainage channels and flashing details over a new liquid applied water-resistive barrier. Site Drainage Improvements - install drainage tile and catch basins around building. A tabulation of bids will be provided to all registered bidders that submitted a bid.
