Description

The Scope of Work will occur at 1900 Farrell Road, Lockport, Illinois 60441. Approximate range of construction cost will be $75,000.00 to $100,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This project will be bid to General Contractors only. Major scope of work items will include, but shall not be limited to, the following: 1. Concrete pad 2. Installation of Generator 3. Electrical Items Anticipated Award of Construction Contract: August 23, 2022 Anticipated Construction Schedule: Start of Work: August 24, 2022 Substantial Completion: August 5, 2023 Final Completion: August 12, 2023 Bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cash in an amount equal to 10 percent of the base bid amount shall be submitted with the bid. Should a bid bond be submitted, the bid bond shall be payable to the Board of Education, Homer Community Consolidated School District 33c. Deposit is refundable if a bid is submitted and if drawings are returned in good condition by September 6, 2022 The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, or waive any irregularities or informalities, and to make the award in the best interest of the District.
