| Description | This project will include: The Contractor shall replace the interior and exterior spandrel beam railing with fall deterrent fence on levels C, D and E of the West Parking Structure located at the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan. The Contractor shall remove the existing railing, repair precast concrete spandrel, fabricate fall deterrent fence and install to meet VA standards and governing codes. According to the VA Parking Design Manual, the top of the fall deterrent fence must be 96 from the parking surface. The fall deterrent fence on level E shall be a continuous barrier across columns and walls where existing railings are not present. |
