Continuing Architectural and Engineering Services City Parks

Planning, design and construction administration services for redevelopment of Henry Brooks Memorial Park, Buddy McLemore Park, Springfield Gardens Walking Park, Springfield Sports Complex and up to three new park sites as described in the Springfield City Parks Master Plan (the City Parks ). Proposed tasks may include updating the existing City Parks Master Plan; creating, with updates, specific park site plans and site design; design of park specific support structures such as gazebos, shade structures, playgrounds, restroom facilities; and sports fields; and design of park infrastructure including, but not limited to, parking and vehicular use facilities, stormwater facilities, outside lighting, signage, water, sewer, and reclaimed water facilities, natural or propane gas and electrical facilities, communications facilities, landscaping and irrigation, and associated permitting.
