Description

Provide all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation and incidentals required and/or implied for the complete and satisfactory performance necessary for the replacement of existing above ceiling water source heat pump units in kind; replace outside air units with energy recovery type; replace vertical air handler style heat pumps in kind, replace return fans in kind, clean existing ducts to remain, provide new Building Automation System (BAS); and ceiling replacement.
