| Description | State Project Number LS0020848 Surface Soil Excavation at Former Bud's Place A. The work will done under one prime contract. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1.) This project requires an experienced contractor to complete excavation of contaminated surface soil at the former Bud's Place. 2.) Excavation, removal, and off-site disposal of contaminated surface soil in two areas of the site. The existing ground surface, partially covered with concrete, will be excavated to the depth of exactly two feet bgs. The estimated volume of concrete and soil to be excavated, hauled, and disposed of is 415 CY is estimated to be 580 tons. 3.) The area of excavation will be replaced by 1 1/2 feet of clean soil topped with Class 5 gravel. A pre-bid meeting will NOT be held for this solicitation. Project no : B1903408.01 |
