| Description | A. Class “A” ready mix concrete, flowable fill, and Class A-4 early concrete. B. Allow the City the right to purchase, on a negotiated basis with the Contractor, related items not covered herein. C. Deliver concrete 24 hours after receipt of order from the City. D. Minimum Order of One (1) Cubic yard shall be delivered upon request. E. Deliver to the following locations: Western Branch, Deep Creek, Great Bridge, South Norfolk, Indian River, and Hickory areas of the City. (Public Works will reach out to the Vendor before a PO is issued to provide a point of contact). F. The City reserves the right to add and/or delete sites at its discretion throughout the life of this contract. |
