a bid bond, certified check or cashiers check in the amount of 10% of the bid, but not to exceed $20,000.00 made payable to the treasurer will not be required with this bid. A performance bond in the amount of 100% will not be required of the successful bidder. The Purchasing Agent or Board of County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the proposal received and to accept the bid which in their judgment will best serve the interest of Gloucester County SCOPE OF WORK: Gloucester County Fire Training Academy: This project consists of all labor, material and equipment to complete the following: o Power wash exterior of building o Patch/Caulk cracks or voids as required o Apply one coat of Sherwin Williams (or equal) block filler to all masonry & concrete surfaces. o Apply two coats of Sherwin Williams A100 Exterior Acrylic (or equal) to masonry and concrete surfaces. o Apply two coats of DTM ENAMEL (or equal) to all exterior metal surfaces/trim o Work will be completed during normally operated business hours. Excludes weekends, overtime and our of hours work. o Paint Colors: 1. Gray SW7066 (Building) or equal 2. Charcoal SW 7674 (Building) or equal 3. Black SW6258 (Metal Surfaces and Trim) (or equal)
