State Street Water and Sewer Improvements Phase I Project

The work of this Contract is generally located on the east side of downtown Raleigh in North Carolina south of Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard, west of State Street, east of South Wilmington Street, and north of Peterson Street. The project generally includes: 1. Site clearing & all site work and site improvements. 2. Approximately 9,870 linear feet of 6 to 30-inch water lines and appurtenant items. 3. Approximately 16,350 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer lines and appurtenant items. 4. Approximately 5,400 linear feet of CIPP lining. 5.Testing, start-up, training, and miscellaneous work
