Description

La Paz County Public Works Request for Proposals for Cibola Roads Maintenance FOR: Cibola Roads Maintenance Specifications: Duties will include: Being on call during and after storms or any other event that may require: Setting up signs, Barricades and Clearing off debris from County roads. Pricing should include: Pricing quote from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023, price per hour for equipment and price per hour for labor. Proposals In accordance with the following and in compliance with all terms and conditions, unless otherwise noted, the proposing individual/firm offers and agrees, if bids are accepted, to furnish items or services for which prices are quoted, at the price set opposite each item, delivered or furnished to designated points within the time specified. It is understood and agreed that with respect to all terms and conditions accepted by La Paz County the items or services offered and accompanying attachments shall constitute a Contract. NOTE: La Paz County does not discriminate against an offeror because of race, religion, color, sex, national origin, age, or any other basis prohibited by Federal or state law relating to discrimination in employment in the performance of its procurement activity.
