Description

The scope of the project includes the replacement of all air distribution equipment (AHU’s, RTU’s) and associated piping and ductwork, cooling plant equipment including water cooled chiller, cooling tower, chilled water and condenser water pumps, and existing locally controlled automatic temperature control system in its entirety and replacing with a direct digital control system utilizing electric/electronic actuation. All existing VAV boxes shall be provided with a retrofit kit (Trane boxes) or DDC controls. All thermostats, controllers, control valves, pneumatic actuators, etc. shall be replaced in their entirety in a fully turnkey fashion.
