Description

New construction of economic development access road from Commerce Road (Route 628) to proposed cul-de-sac within the business park. Approximately 1,500 linear feet of 2-lane, shoulder and ditch roadway is proposed from the existing intersection at Commerce Road and will also include clearing, grading, asphalt paving, drainage and stormwater management items, erosion & sediment control, signage, pavement markings, and other items necessary for the completion of the work. Utility improvements include connection to and extension of an 8" water main along proposed roadway, and sanitary sewer modifications and replacement.
