Taxiway AA Signage / Marking and Runway Guard Lights and Improvements

The contemplated work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to: Upgrade markings at the Taxiway AA/A1 intersection Install Runway Guard Lights at the Runway 16R and Taxiway AA intersection Install Runway Guard Lights at the Runway 16R and Taxiway A1 intersection Install Runway Guard Lights at the Runway 16R and Taxiway K1 intersection Install Runway Guard Lights at the Runway 16R and Taxiway A7 intersection Install Runway Guard Lights at the Runway 16R and Taxiway A9 intersection Snohomish County in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252,42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
