Description

The scope of the project will be to complete the replacement of the existing 200 ton aircooled chiller and two chilled water pumps for the existing F Gymnasium chiller plant. No new building construction will be required. The project administrative intent is to be Mechanical Prime. Refer to the project mechanical drawings for work required. With respect to the Northwestern High School F Gymnasium Chiller Plant Base Bid, install one nominal 200 ton variable speed air-cooled screw chiller with pumps, piping, controls, and associated electrical. The work shall be provided for a completely integrated and properly working facility.
