Description | On or about 10 August 2023, the Government intends to issue a solicitation for "Garrison Fencing SATOC". The solicitation will close on or about 11 September 2023. The solicitation is restricted to Small Businesses. Site Visit: A formal Site Visit will not be scheduled; however, if offerors would like to inspect the site where work will be performed, information regarding how to arrange a site visit will be provided in the solicitation via FAR Clause 52.236-27. Project Description: This is an / Quantuity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed-Price construction contract to build fencing along US Army Corps of Engineers property at the Garrison project, ND, including the Pipestem and Bowman-Haley , ND. The work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision necessary to complete surveying and construction of fencing as defined in the specifications for lands within the US Army Corps of Engineers boundaries of the Garrison, Pipestem, and Bowman-Haley . The specifications of the fence, corner braces, "H" braces, gates, etc., can be found in the construction specifications document. All fencing will be submitted to the contractor via a Task Order complete with aerial imagery, miles of fence requested, number of gates requested and all other applicable information prior to the contractor starting a fencing project. The Period of for the Base Contract will be from Date of Contract until 10/31/2027. Individual Task Orders placed under this contract will specify periods of for that specific project. Estimated Construction Costs: The minimum awarded amount is $2,500 and the maximum amount is $1,900,000 (total) over five years. Task Orders will be issued off the Base Contract Award. NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, with a size standard for Small Business of $19M. Representations and certifications are required to be up-dated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete.
