Question Deadline 06/21/2023 at 4:00 PM PT The Class 4 construction cost estimate for Phase 1 of the conventional treatment facility is $26,700,000. The Class 4 construction cost estimate for Phase 2 is $9,700,000. For Phase 3, the Class 4 construction cost estimate is $6,500,000 if two new flocculation and sedimentation basins and two new filters are constructed. If the basins and filters constructed in Phase 1 and Phase 2 are uprated and no new basins are constructed, the Phase 3 construction cost estimate is reduced to $1,000,000. The total estimated build out construction cost in 2016 dollars for conventional treatment with six flocculation and sedimentation basins and eight filters is $42,900,000. The total estimated build out construction cost in 2016 dollars for conventional treatment with four flocculation and sedimentation basins and six filters is $37,400,000. |
