| Description | Install a new 800 Amp main panel (NEMA 1) in B244 and retie 10 existing circuits to new panel and provide one new 300A circuit to feed new exterior panel at Mace House. Install a new 400 Amp service with exterior panel (NEMA 4) with new 350 kcmil conductors from B244 in existing conduit as shown on the plans. Install new electrical feeders to the Mace House, B60 and re-tie the existing Mace House panel and Starter House panel back into the new 400 Amp panel. Provide NEMA 4 communication junction box for cables. Install two new Split HVAC systems (heat pumps) in the Mace House. Demolish existing residential style water boiler in the basement of the Mace House. Construct one chase wall (wood frame and sheetrock) on second floor to conceal duct work. Contractor to furnish all labor, materials and equipment as necessary. Archeological monitoring during the excavation must be provided per the specifications. |
