Project Description: Project consists of a new 39,900 s.f. facility. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Since all documents cross-reference other Documents regardless of trade or scope, all contractors, Subcontractors and suppliers are responsible for viewing all Contract documents in their entirety. Owner and architect will Not be responsible for mistakes resulting from contractors Missing information by limiting the documents from which they Prepare their bid.Bidding on this project is available to contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers who have been in business for 5 or more years. All bidders must be prepared to provide documentation accordingly. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work.
