Metz Township Hall Phase 1- Stabilization

The project includes; roof and window replacement, new vestibule w/ foundation and miscellaneous exterior improvements Mark outside of envelope with AMETZ TOWNSHIP HALL- PHASE Bidder will be required to comply with various Federal, State and Local Laws. All proposals shall be made in accordance with Information for Bidders, Plans and Specifications. The right is reserved by the Owner to accept or reject any proposal and to waive informalities in bidding when it is deemed to be in the interest of the project. Each bidder must deposit with their bid: Bank Draft, Certified Check, or Bid Bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid and payable to Metz Township. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance Bonds, Labor and Material Bonds each in the amount of 100% of the contract amount or an Irrevocable (ILC) line of credit in the amount of 100% of the project No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other probed documents will be made to any bidder orally.
