Description

Novi Lofts will offer 86 residential units, ground floor retail, and a roof-top restaurant. Providing wider sidewalks and outdoor street-level terraces for retail and allowing for the private use of such spaces will help to bring activity generators to the exterior of the project in a way that engages the general public and creates a sense of community. The Novi Lofts building will also include one level of parking underneath it consisting of approximately 7 spaces. Novi Flats will offer upscale finishes in all 48 residential units, include ground floor retail, and represents an estimated $12 million investment downtown. Novi Flats is unique in that it is attached to the County Parking Deck, which offers convenient parking in a busy downtown area. Novi Rise will be the epicenter of the Novi projects and represents an estimated $30 million investment in downtown. Located next to the new City Hall on Market Street, Novi Rise will be the largest of the three projects and will host the largest amenity offerings that will be shared among the projects. Novi Rise is designed to stand 7-stories tall as an upscale market rate apartment building with 167 units including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment options. The Novi Rise building will also include one level of parking underneath it consisting of ~75 spaces.
