| Description | Clarifications: Rooms 203 and 205 Modular free-standing furniture sizes per drawing, work surfaces, overhead, magnetic LED lights, tall wardrobe/file unit, reception seating. Rooms 203, 202, and 206 Powered workstations approx. 6’x 8’ per floorplan with overhead storage, magnetic LED light, dual monitor arms, tall wardrobe/file unit, Sit to Stand work surface and Box Box File. Locks keyed alike per workstation. System finishes laminate, metallic paint, mid-grade fabrics. Panels shall be powered, include data/power covers at work surface and floor for powered panel knockouts. Meeting areas with file cabinets. Office in room 203 will be glass demountable walls with modular desk furniture and guest seating. Layout has been established see Attachment 2 – Floor Plan for schematic layout and design. Project shall include takedown and disposal of existing product. Include electrical disconnects/connections to building power. Project shall be completed in two phases and time allowance for paint installation between removal of old furniture and installation of new furniture. |
