| Description | The Project consists of the removal of existing roofing and sheet metal flashings and wood blocking, installation of new CTEM roofing and sheet metal trim and flashings, and installation of new wood blocking. The scope of work also includes removal of all existing rooftop packaged HVAC units and existing curbs, installation of new rooftop packaged HVAC units on new curbs, repair of existing metal roof deck and installation of new structural supports to accommodate new unit curbs. Work shall also include modifications to existing electrical and gas systems to accommodate the new rooftop packaged HVAC units and controls upgrades. The estimated construction budget for this project is $908,500 (Roofing $420,000 and RTU $ 408,500) Owner's Contingency $80,000 (Roofing $40,000 and RTU $40,000). |
