Description | The work consists of construction of a wood framed residential apartment complex, with 12 apartment buildings including two-story apartment buildings with apartments on both floors. Three-story apartment buildings, separate garage buildings, a Clubhouse building, and a Pool building. There are also associated site amenities, together with a parking lot, sidewalks, trash enclosures, bike storage, and other site improvements. Acting as Construction Manager and General Contractor for the Wildhorse H-25 Multifamily Project in Fort Collins, CO. Sampson Construction invites you to submit pricing for Divisions 2-33. Construction is expected to begin in May of 2023. The Owner and General Contractor shall have the right to reject any or all bids, which are in any way incomplete or irregular, and to waive any informality in any proposal. All bids shall remain in effect for thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. By submitting a bid for this project, bidder agrees he has read the Sampson Construction Standard Subcontract Agreement and if bid is accepted, is willing to execute this Subcontract Agreement without material modification. Subcontractor to guarantee material pricing at the time of bid submission. All pricing must be firm and must account for uncertainty created by market conditions. Any qualifications on bid concerning pricing will be rejected and may render bid nonresponsive.
