Description

The project consists of the conversion of an existing classroom located on the lower level to the new Administration Office. The construction in general will include the removal of an existing exterior aluminum framed window and masonry below and the installation of a new aluminum door, the construction of a new secure vestibule with a transaction window, minor flooring modifications, minor carpentry, re-using existing ceiling tiles and light fixtures, modifications to the existing unit ventilator and piping and painting. Located across the corridor room 300 will require the installation of a new exterior aluminum framed window with new window air conditioner and new electrical outlet.
