Description

Alterations and upgrades to the existing restroom facilities located in the four office buildings in the Heritage Complex; addresses 2600, 2602, 2604 and 2606 Riva Road, Annapolis. There is one men’s gang restroom, and one women’s gang restroom found on each floor of each 4-story building; a total of (16) men’s and (16) women’s restrooms. In addition, there is one private restroom located on the 4th floor of 2662 Riva Road. There will also be a change out the water fountains on each floor, a total of 16 units. Work will also include the locating and installing shutoff valves for each restroom.
