| Description | For construction of the MJ Taylor Road Rehab/Resurfacing project. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. Project Scope: The work to be completed shall The City of Adel plans to rehab/resurface a portion of MJ Taylor Road leading to the New Southwell Medical Center. This project shall include the milling and overlay of the existing road section (2,174 LF), addition of curb and gutter (4,407 LF), asphalt leveling, and related appurtenances. Time allotted for completion of work is 120 consecutive calendar days. All work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications.The work will be awarded in one contract. A Bidders proposal will not be considered by the Owner unless the Bidder is on record with Carter & Sloope, Inc. as having purchased and received complete Bidding Documents. |
