**As of June 6, 2023, project was awarded to RiverBend Construction Co., awarded amount is $1,798,350.70.** Chambers Street Paving 900360 1 LS General Excavation; 1,810 LF 8-Inch Diameter Ductile Iron Pipe; 2,921 SY Aggregate Working Platform, 12" Thick; 70,950 SF Cold Plane Pavement Removal, 4 Inches Deep; 2,998 TN Level 3, 1/2 Inch ACP Mixture; 2,040 SF Concrete Walk, Ramp, 4 Inches Thick; 16 EA Detector Loop Installation; 1 LS Traffic Signal, Complete All work must be completed by September 1, 2023. A Bid guaranty is not required for this project. Filing of a qualification questionnaire before bidding will not be required. The City may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids or to waive any specification or requirement upon a finding of the City that it is in the public interest to do so. Installing (1) fire hydrants. Complete locate tracer wire continuity testing, water main flushing and hydrostatic pressure testing of the new pipeline.
