Description

Contractor shall pump grease traps every sixteen (16) weeks and provide all labor, material, equipment, and supervision services to remove and clean all grease traps in the Greek community outlined in this section. The Contractor shall perform all work in a first-class, professional manner in accordance with this contract, specifications, governing codes and instructions by the University. Efforts by the Contractor to obtain a clear understanding of the scope of work for each assignment governed by this contract shall be requisite in contractor acceptance of this contract. NC State reserves the right to increase the frequency of pumping if necessary.
