Odenton Park Improvements Phase 1 and 2

The Work includes the following major items for construction phases 1 and phase 2: Phase 1: 1. Removal of existing fences and goals at the existing basketball court, paving to remain 2. Paving removal at existing parking lot, minor grading for new basketball court construction with fencing, goals, benches and landscaping 3. Chain link fence, concrete paving and batting cage removal and relocation of dumpster with proper enclosure 4. Add additional wooden guard rail 5. The construction of an expanded parking area to accommodate approximately an additional 100 vehicles. 6. New lighting and landscaping for parking lot expansion 7. The construction of a new playground to include new play equipment, relocation of the existing gazebo, benches, raised planting beds and connection to the existing trail. 8. Construction of a new pavilion and connecting trails. 9. Storm drainage, storm water management, sanitary sewer, grease trap, water lines, landscaping, signage and other miscellaneous park features. Phase 2 – Add Alternate: 1. Demolition of existing lighting and building structures 2. Installation of 4 new baseball fields 3. New parking area 4. Walking paths 5. New concession stand with electric, water, sewer, and grease trap
