Contract B: Milling and Resurfacing of Alexander Ave, Spring St, and Washington Ave with approximately: 10,089 Sq. Yds. Milling (Depth 0 to 3) various widths. 393 Tons Superpave Asphalt 9.5 mm, PG64-22, < 0.3 Million ESALs SRL-G, as Leveling Course. 783 Tons Superpave Asphalt 9.5 mm, PG64-22, <0.3 Million ESALs SRL-G, 1-1/2 Compacted Depth as Wearing Course. Proposals must be submitted on the forms furnished by the City of Greensburg. Said forms may be requested via email: administration@greensburgpa.org Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $870 per calendar day. This project is funded in whole or part with federal funds. Davis-Bacon wage rates and other federal requirements apply and are included in the bid documents. Labor Compliance is mandatory. Notice is also hereby given that this project is regulated under Executive Order 11246 - Equal Employment Opportunity and related contract specifications apply Contract A or Contract B and be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to the City of Greensburg. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. Bids shall remain firm for a period of 90 days. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
