| Description | LDB Goal: 10% VBE Goal: 3% The project consists of installation of rubberized surface at four existing high school tracks (locations are Olympia HS, Jones HS, Edgewater HS, and Cypress Creek HS) and renovating the existing field events at all four high schools plus Colonial HS, Apopka HS, and University HS. Each track renovation includes all work necessary to modify existing asphalt and concrete surfaces, concrete curbs, and installation of rubberized surface and event markings to achieve certification by IAAF/NCAA and compliance with NFHSA. | ||||||||
