| Description | janitorial services at the District`s four facilities located in Commerce City, CO as follows: Stevenson Administration Building, 6595 East 70th Avenue Klein Water Treatment Facility, 7400 Quebec Street Williams Monaco Wastewater Treatment Facility, 9702 Monaco Street; and Distribution and Collections, 10200 East 102nd Avenue (Henderson).The District is soliciting a proposal for janitorial services five times per week with the exception of designated holidays. Cleaning will take place outside of normal business hours. There is a total of approximately 25,600 square feet of office space that needs daily cleaning. |
