Above Ground Pre-Stressed Concrete Tanks Insp/Rpr

The Contractor must provide all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals required to complete the tank inspection, maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation work authorized under this contract. Work on the tanks may include the interior only, exterior only, or both interior and exterior. Work may also include inspection only, repair only, or both inspection and repair. Specific repairs will be those requested by DWR, based on separate inspections and recommendation reports. Work on multiple tanks at a single site shall be performed in a single mobilization.

Division 02 -	Existing Conditions, Subsurface Investigation.
Division 03 -	Concrete, Concrete Reinforcing, Cast-in-Place Concrete.
Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing, Metal Decking.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
