| Description | Replacement of carpet and base in the Computer Technology Management Classroom. Replacement offlooring with waxablc flooring in the Nursing Classroom. Replacement of flooring in the StaffLounge Room. CTM carpet will be Tarkett Fabricate in Base Grey color and new rubber base molding. Nursing hard floor and carpet will be removed in the main area plus in through the bath area I closet and replaced with Armstrong VCT Cirque White in color and new rubber base throughout. StaffLounge Room will have 8 ft of ceramic tile installed with owners stock tile and install carpet in the remaining area with owners stock remnant carpet and new rubber base molding. Bid must include a dumpster for all waste material and all possible remnant glue sealer I leveler for possible bleed through. Bids must be sent with a Grand Total with subtotals for each room area.
