| Description | The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The work scope consists of replacing the Medium Housing Unit A Domestic Water Heater equipment and domestic water piping, mixing valves and recirc pumps in the mechanical room. The construction work includes all equipment, piping, insulation, controls, and electrical work to provide a complete and operable system.
