Description

Replacement of the 500,000 BTUs/HR cast iron oil fired boiler. OPTION #1: Removal of the current cast iron oil fired boiler and replace with a new oil fired boiler of sufficient size. OPTION #2: Removal of the current cast iron oil fired boiler and replace with sufficient sized propane fired boiler with all necessary work to convert to propane, including propane tank. This project must be completed by September 15, 2021.
