| Description | The work will consist of modernizing two (2) existing hydraulic passenger type elevators at Eastman Parking located at 155 Eastman Street with the latest solid-state controls and systems as described in the bidding specification documents. All proposals or bids offered must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid in the form of a certified check, bid bond or cashiers check made payable to the Village of Arlington Heights. No bids shall be considered unless accompanied by such security. The Village of Arlington Heights reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities in bidding and to accept the proposal deemed by the Board of Trustees to be the most favorable to the interests of the Village. |
