Venable Elementary School - Building Envelope Restoration

Project Description: ? Brick and lintel repair above entrances on the North & South building wings. ? Brick and lintel repair above windows on the North & South building wings. ? Repair internal gutter lining on original main building. ? Grind, clean and repaint exposed steel in lintels on original main building. ? Repair downspouts on original main building. ? Repair cracks to stucco on original main building. ? Repair exterior wood trim at specific locations as shown on the drawing. ? Fully clean prepare, prime and provide two (2) finish coats of quality exterior paint to all previously painted exterior items, including but not limited to the following: o All previously painted exposed exterior wooden trim, including the eaves details (fascia boards, dentil molding), pediments & door frames. o All previously painted masonry, including portico columns and entrance soffits. o All previously painted metal, including exposed sections of steel lintels & downspout hoppers. ? Provision of competent management and supervision of the project at all times; and, ? Thorough cleaning of the project site.
