Description

The project will widen approximately 0.75 miles of 20th Street, between Washington Boulevard and Quincy Avenue, in Ogden Utah by approximately 12 feet. Due to the roadway widening along 20th Street, certain intersecting side streets will be reconstructed as to tie into 20th Street appropriately. Additionally, approximately 65 residential and commercial driveways will be reconstructed. Approximately 42,000 square feet of concrete sidewalk, and 8,600 linear feet of curb and gutter will be constructed as part of the widening. Project wide, approximately 4,500 feet of storm drain line will be constructed. Additionally, 5,500 feet of culinary water line and 2,100 feet of sanitary sewer will be constructed or reconstructed. The project will also install new traffic signals at the Monroe Boulevard intersection, a pedestrian crossing signal at the Madison Avenue intersection, and a Traffic Signal at the South East corner of the Washington Boulevard intersection.
