Provision of Headwall Stone

Metro Water Services is soliciting a supplier to provide headwall landscape rock, also called field rock. Metro requires two (2) products, traditional field stone and Gray Indiana Broken Limestone (also called platinum rock). The rock can be up to 5"-6" wide and 12"- 16" long and are not to exceed a thickness of 6", with a similar appearance, shape, and size to the photos attached to the solicitation. Contractor is required to supply MWS with quality product throughout the length of the contract. Material is subject to be tested and/or inspected at any time for quality by MWS. The result of delivering a poor quality product may result in cancellation of your contract. Contractor is required to keep at least 20 tons on site at all times. Metro plans to pick up rock during normal business hours within 24-72 hours of placing an order Inquiries All inquiries must be submitted by February 15, 2022 at 2:00 PM Central Time using the online discussions feature of the iSupplier system. Questions will be answered formally via Amendment to the solicitation soon after the deadline for submitting questions.
