Description

The proposed work consists of a new restroom and concessions facility, approximately 1,500 square feet. The planned spaces include toilet spaces, concessions and general storage areas. The roof of the facility will incorporate a roof observation area which will align with the upper grade. A separate, independent bid package for site work will be issued by the Owner. This bid is for the facility only, not the site work.
