Repurposing Blower Building #1 for Storage Building

The project consists of retrofitting a 28' wide x 70'long and 15' high pre-engineered metal building formerly used to house process blowers and related wastewater treatment equipment (Blower Building #1) to serve as a Storage Building. The buidking is divined into two rooms. The larger room will serve as the Maintenance Storage Room and the smaller room will serve as the REcords Storage Room. The construction work includes minor demolition and modifications to the building, furnishing and installing heavy-duty shelving and a pre-engineered shelving-mezzanine system, concrete pads to support some of the shelving, and a variety of architectural, HVAC and electrical equipment and appurtenances.
