Salt Lake County Mountain America Exposition Center Cooling Towers Media Replacement

Salt Lake County (SLCo) request bids for Mountain America Expo Center Cooling Towers Media Replacement. Salt Lake County Contracts and Procurement, on behalf of Mountain America Expo, invites your company to bid on providing new media in four Cooling Towers Replacements. The Scope of Work will include replacing the four cooling towers, clean, seal and evaluate each unit operations as well as including the replacement of all fluids. It also includes removing and disposing of the current equipment. Award will be to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder submitting the lowest price including delivery. Salt Lake County may reject any or all bids if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the County. All materials, parts and workmanship are to have a minimum of 1 year warranty. All warranty periods shall start after equipment has been put into service. Basic warranty shall be submitted with the bid and shall cover the complete unit as replaced built. The awarded dealer must have a service facility within 25 miles of Salt Lake County authorized to perform warranty work. Vendors mechanics must be certified by the equipment manufacturer to perform service work on the equipment being bid. SL County reserves the right to inspect the dealer facility prior to the award of the bid.
