Counter Top Fabrication

All counter tops are to be fabricated using ¾ inch high density particle board .All counter tops are to be fabricated using waterproof contact adhesive .All kitchen & bathroom counter tops are to have sinks cut out prior to delivery. A kitchen and bathroom sink template will be provided to awarded contractor. Awarded contractor will be responsible for accurate measurements prior to the fabrication of all kitchen & bathroom countertops. All countertops are to have a radius edge on all outside corners where applicable. All kitchen countertops are to include a 4 ½ inch high backsplash .All bathroom countertops are to include a 4 inch high backsplash. All backsplashes are to have a finished edge on three(3) sides and are to be a minimum of 1 inch longer then counter top. All workmanship shall be performed in accordance with best modern day practice and of the highest quality. All countertops are to be delivered within seven (7) business days from date order has been placed.
